Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, downloaded software, or clearance items are also not eligible for return if applicable.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If you request a return within 30 days of delivery, and the product is unused, brand new, and free from any human-caused damage, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a shipping return label.

Customer-Caused Damage or Improper Use
If the item is damaged, worn, stained, or otherwise not in resellable condition due to misuse, improper storage, or customer error, free return service will not be provided. Exchanges

Refunds
