- Mid-Drive Motor Conversion Kits: 1 year warranty
- Hub Motor Conversion Kits: 1 year warranty
- EBIKE Batteries: 1 year warranty
- Conversion Kit Accessories (sensors, wiring harnesses, chargers, and other accessories): 1 year warranty
- Warranty Start Date: Date of order receipt.
- Warranty Geographical Scope: Worldwide.
3. Scope of Warranty (What is Covered):
- Manufacturing Defects: (Including but not limited to cosmetic defects, material defects, workmanship defects, structural defects, and functional defects).
- Non-Man-Made Performance Failures Under Normal Use: (Normal use refers to daily use under the environmental conditions specified in the product manual (such as temperature, humidity, voltage range), following the operating instructions, and not exceeding the product's rated load.)
4. Exclusions from Warranty (What is Not Covered):
- Damage Caused by Human Factors: (Including but not limited to damage resulting from drops, squeezing, unauthorized modification, use of non-original accessories, natural disasters, or other man-made or force majeure events.)
- Malfunctions Resulting from Failure to Operate or Maintain the Product in Accordance with the Product Manual.
- Damage Caused by Self-Disassembly, Modification, or Repair of the Product.
- Products Exceeding the Warranty Period.
- Cosmetic Damage: (Such as scratches, wear and tear, or deformation that does not affect the normal function of the product.)
- Normal Wear and Tear of Consumable Parts: (Such as brake pads, tires, if your accessories include these.)
- Damage Caused by Force Majeure: (Such as fire, earthquake, lightning strikes, etc.)
- Malfunctions Caused by Using Non-Original or Unauthorized Accessories.
5. Warranty Service Process:
- How to Apply for Warranty Service: Contact customer service via email.
- Information Required from the User: Platform + order number, product model, description of the fault, contact information, etc.
- How We Will Handle the Warranty Application: Determined based on the actual situation, including initial review, return for inspection, repair, or replacement.
- Calculation of Warranty Period After Repair or Replacement: The remaining original warranty period.
- Costs Borne by the User: Repair costs for issues outside the warranty scope.
- Costs Borne by Powallon: Repair or replacement costs within the warranty period, and shipping costs for sending replacement products.
6. Other Important Terms:
- Product Replacement: Under the premise of complying with the warranty terms, we provide product replacement service for the following situations: the same performance failure cannot be resolved after 2 repairs, key components are damaged and cannot be repaired separately, or there are significant quality defects present upon initial receipt.
- Repair Method: Determined based on the actual situation and troubleshooting.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Powallon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the product.
- Final Interpretation Right: Powallon reserves the right of final interpretation of these warranty terms.
- Governing Law: These warranty terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States Federal Government.
