At Powallon, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns for most new, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please review the following return conditions and instructions to ensure a smooth return experience.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted for most new, unused products within 30 days of delivery.

You may return an item if:

• It is defective due to a manufacturing issue.

• It was damaged during shipping.

• It is significantly different from the product description.

• You received the wrong item.

• You changed your mind, and the item is unused and in original condition.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any promotional items included.

Where to return the goods

We provide a local return address in the USA.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, downloaded software, or clearance items are also not eligible for return if applicable.

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items that have been used, installed, or damaged by the customer.

• Items missing original packaging or parts.

• Custom-made or special-order items.

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

All returns must be authorized before shipping the item back. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Shipping Costs for Returns

1. No-Reason Returns Within 30 Days
   If you request a return within 30 days of delivery, and the product is unused, brand new, and free from any human-caused damage, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a shipping return label.

2. Product Quality or Description Issues
   If the goods arrive damaged, have functional defects or do not match the description (such as incorrect specifications, models or functions), we will cover the shipping cost for the return and provide a return shipping label.
   

3. Customer-Caused Damage or Improper Use
   If the item is damaged, worn, stained, or otherwise not in resellable condition due to misuse, improper storage, or customer error, free return service will not be provided. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and eligibility for a refund will depend on the product's condition upon return.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product, please contact our support team. Once approved, we will usually ship the replacement within 2 working days of receiving the return or confirmation.

Refunds

Refunds will appear on your statement in 3–7 business days depending on your payment provider.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Full refunds will be issued for eligible items unless otherwise specified.

• Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 2 working days . Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Disputes & Final Terms

We reserve the right to determine return eligibility and to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria outlined above. If any issues arise, we will work with you in good faith to resolve them promptly.
